Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days (excludes weekends/holidays/any other USPS closing dates) to PROCESS your order. We typically process orders fairly quickly. This ONLY includes the amount of time it takes for us to pack your order, and drop it off to USPS.

Shipping time is typically 2-4 business days once arrived at USPS. Please be patient as we have NO control over when USPS updates tracking info. There are cases when USPS will ship a package, but won't update tracking until closer to arrival time. We know this can be an inconvenience, so feel free to email us at info@goddessscurls.com if you have any questions.

Goddesss Curls is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages delivered to the WRONG address, so please make sure you provide the correct mailing address upon checkout. Please contact us at info@goddessscurls.com ASAP if you have provided the wrong address, so that we can update it before your package is shipped. Once it is shipped, you must contact USPS. Packages returned to Goddesss Curls for an insufficient address or marked undeliverable may be resent at the courtesy of Goddesss Curls (payment for reshipping may apply).

If you have not received your order, but it is marked as “Delivered” via USPS, you MUST create a claim with USPS. Goddesss Curls is not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of mail service. If this happens on its first occurrence, we will send out a one time courtesy package. If you do not receive that order, you will have to contact USPS.
