Refund policy

All sales are FINAL.

NO refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason WITH the exception of receiving an incorrect or damaged item. You CANNOT cancel an order once your tracking has been sent, or while in transit because you "do not want the items anymore"... If your item comes damaged or is incorrect, please email info@goddessscurls.com within 48 hours of delivery with your full name, order number, and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue ASAP. After 48 hours, the sale will be deemed FINAL. 

 

What counts as a DAMAGED item?

1. A glass bottle that has been broken upon transit and has spilled majority, if not all, of the product.

2. A cream that has busted open in its container, has spilled all over and is completely empty or unusable.

What doesn't count as a DAMAGED item?

1. A glass bottle that is not completely filled to the top. To help avoid any spillage, all bottles are filled between 1-4cm away from being completely full. 

2. A shipping box/pouch that has been damaged/dirty, but hasn't damaged the products. We cannot control how your box/pouch comes to you as we do not ship, USPS or UPS does. If you are not happy with a damaged/dirty box, you must contact them.

3. A cream that has just slightly spilled out of the container. Accidents happen during shipping unfortunately beyond our control. If your cream has not been busted/spilled all over, isn't completely empty or unusable, you CANNOT get a refund or new product. Sorry for the inconvenience.
